in general we are happy as all do work after little problem, but there is small but. after filters have been change hot water tap stop working and the chap gone so I have to call for help and likely person on the phone was very helpful and instruct me thru setting so all was back to normal in few minutes. thank you.

Hi, we had an engineer on site however when he had left he did not update us on anything as usually the other engineers would have told us something. I don't recollect a signature being taken to confirm the works were completed.

this time was poor because i am a customer for years and order the same coffee so no need to contact me to unless you don't have what i want but should look back at the history and send the order

The engineer who attended today did a good job however he needed to be more professional and not treat the client as if they did not know what they were talking about!

Engineer installed the equipment OK but did not leave code to access cleaning modes on machine. No coffee beans came with unit so we are un able to use the machine. Packaging has been left in the canteen not taken with the driver.

Engineer was great and fixed the problem within an hour or so but my only concern was that we called out an engineer on Thursday and it didn't get fixed until Wednesday (Bank Holiday in between) so it took 3 working days to fix

There was a picking error resulting in my order not being correctly completed, however once I raised the issue it was swiftly corrected and the remaining products arrived the next day.

Engineer arrived, but explained that he had no replacement unit on board. His office hadn't told him enough information or he would have got a replacement organised. A replacement has now been requested and should arrive next week.

The guy was helpful, but found him a little abrupt and we had to go back out and call him back as the machine wasn't working.

The engineer carried out the recent service in a professional manner, however, I was not informed that a service was due or an appointment had been booked for this to take place and was taken by surprise when the engineer arrived. Luckily I was in the office on that day or this would have a wasted journey.
