There was a picking error resulting in my order not being correctly completed, however once I raised the issue it was swiftly corrected and the remaining products arrived the next day.

Engineer arrived, but explained that he had no replacement unit on board. His office hadn't told him enough information or he would have got a replacement organised. A replacement has now been requested and should arrive next week.

We were very pleased with Ryan as several of my colleagues are convinced that the coffee has changed flavour and is no longer bitter, just smooth. The issue I have is that when he had dismantled the machine I noticed a disgusting mess underneath the drip tray. I asked if whilst he was doing whatever he was doing if I could clean underneath it. He said dont worry I will give it a wipe. I cant see exactly but it is still quite dirty underneath. Also when he put the machine back together he left the top by the hoppers in a mess, it was not cleaned at all, in fact it looks messier than before. Pictures attached. A bit of a let down, when such a good job of doing the maintenance was done

The guy was helpful, but found him a little abrupt and we had to go back out and call him back as the machine wasn't working.

The engineer carried out the recent service in a professional manner, however, I was not informed that a service was due or an appointment had been booked for this to take place and was taken by surprise when the engineer arrived. Luckily I was in the office on that day or this would have a wasted journey.

They always deliver quickly but the coffee from the machine is never hot enough. Its only warm.
