Installation delayed by 5 weeks due to miscommunication by FGC, then installed the wrong unit and left one unit uninstalled. One day after the install at a leak developed and the kitchen had to be closed for several days whilst trying to get FGC back in to fix the issue. That was fixed followed by a blockage in a pipe causing another leak and the kitchen having to be closed again. All rectified now but a very stressful and time consuming process.

We changed to Freshground for the promise of an improved response to breakdowns. Apparently there have been lots of holidays booked and engneers off sick at the start of our contract, but the service is nowhere near where it was promised.

After three weeks of waiting for the necessary parts to be delivered and installed, the hot water issue still persists on the Billy Tap. We have now been informed that an additional visit will be required to resolve this. It is quite frustrating for over 150 of our employees to be without hot and cold water for such an extended period, only to find that the problem remains unresolved. I strongly recommend that your service department implements a contingency plan to proactively address and prevent such issues, rather than simply reacting to them after they arise.

We reported the problem with our Billi tap early on Tuesday 28th may as its in our main kitchen area but despite getting in touch again through the week the engineer finally attended our site on Friday, 4 days after reporting the problem, The engineer who came on the Friday Slav Nowak did a good job and replaced the faulty part.
