Although there was an issue where an engineer did not turn up on the date specified, the matter was resolved over the phone. A new booking has been arranged and contact details provided.

Our F3 Egro Qube was not working due to problems with the hopper. I face timed an engineer called Slav Nowak and between us we managed to fix the fault. Of course, this made a lot of people at the company very happy as they could continue to enjoy the great taste of coffee from FreshGround!

Our machine suddenly went down. Freshground Service team attended the next day and resolved the issue. Good service, friendly service engineer who provided some useful tips and hints on how to keep the machine working efficiently.

you used to send friendly, 'service with a smile' engineers. there was a lady who did the BIlli taps, and a fella called Matt who serviced the coffee machine and water fountains. Wyatt is a bit disengaged. he also left without completing the job and had to be called back - then i couldn't close the cupboard which holds the machine for the Billi - and saw that tubing had to be moved. just wasn't the usual fantastic service we're used to.
