“My delivery last week was great! I live in Bath so quite a way to deliver but it arrived on stated day and everything was well packed in ice bags and all was still chilled on arrival! All good was great quality and very fresh - pleased with everything. There was only one hiccup - not French Click’s fault. I had an email 3/4 hour before delivery was due (by 12.30am) saying that it couldn’t be delivered until tomorrow. I was concerned as my chilled products would be ruined so contacted French Click straight away and they contacted the delivery firm before the driver returned to the depot so they were able to get to me with my goods only minutes later than due! So pleased - great service French Click!”

It sounds like your order has been overpackaged, this could have been sent in a small box and the paper loose fill should also be used with it because it was sweets. We're going to investigate this with the warehouse. Please do note that the flo pak green are recyclable at supermarket points and degradable in the natural environment.

“Being French I am delighted that I can find on line in the UK a shop that can provide me with my favourite French foods that are not available here. Delivery is always on time and the packaging is excellent with items that need to stay cold arriving well cold.
