“Our company have used Freightlink on several occasions but this is the first time I have dealt with them directly, every phone call that I have made has been met by courteous, polite members of your staff and nothing has been too much trouble. “Freightlink have been absolutely great to work with. We are a Dutch micro-enterprise. Doing business because much more complicated with BREXIT in place. Getting to grips with all the new requirements and paperwork for exporting.importing from the EU to the UK was intimidating at the beginning. Freight-link telephone support were invaluable and a great help. Friendly. knowledgable and patient with my queries as I got to grips with it all. I use their portal now for pretty much all ferry bookings that I need. Very impressed overall and a happy customer”
