“AMAZING! SO HELPFUL AND KIND. Our campervan unfortunately broke down just outside Hook of Holland and was not drivable/ would not have been able to be fixed in Rotterdam easily due to the breakdown happening late Saturday afternoon. Stenaline helpfully suggested we could book the van as freight and still potentially make our overnight crossing if we used this agency to help with the post-Brexit paperwork. The website was so easy to use (at the side of the road) but the most amazing thing was the help given by phone and behind the scenes by Patrick. He was so helpful, kind and helped ensure we made the evening crossing by sorting out things at significant pace. We had no idea this was even possible but when we got to the ferry it all worked like clockwork and we sailed on the same crossing as planned with Lola the Van safely stowed! The next morning we were able to contact recovery UK side and got home safe and sound with our van not much later than we would have without the breakdown. We can’t thank you enough for the incredible support given and Patrick is our hero! Do let us know if you ever want a testimony for your website as we are now v big fans. Thank you.”

“It was my 1st time using Freightlink. I was sending a unaccompanied trailer and boat to Holyhead. It was so straightforward, I had a question rang the phone no and the girl on the other end was so helpful. A real positive experience. Will definitely recommend to others.”
