“Travelled with Seatruck on numerous occasions via car and via van when moving all house furniture from Ireland to UK after relocating back. Always had excellant service kept informed of any changes and standards, cleaness of cabins and food provided is excellent, Varied menu with numeroius items you can help yourself too such as tea and coffee and biscuits. Staff are also outstanding in politeness and helpful in any needs you have like my disability.”

“Freightlink are great although I am disappointed when I take a longer trip that I have to rebook the return journey whilst I am travelling. This is something I think they should do automatically. Disappointed also with the standard of facilities on DFDS with toilets often out of order and hand driers not working.”

We are sorry to hear the facilities were not as expected. We will certainly pass on your comments to DFDS. Unfortunately open tickets are restricted to 10 days. However, we will investigate whether there are any options to improve the flexibility of the ticket.

“Simple straight forward even for a non normal vehicle. Booked HGV freight artic at 15 metres, and ticket price not to be ignored. Hope the check in and journey is as easy as the booking!!”
