“Was quoted £380 for a Heysham to Douglas trip. This was passed on to my customer and accepted by them. Then I had a call from Ivan to inform me that there was an additional £30 each way to be added to the price. As I had already quoted and received acceptance I had no choice but to absorb that money myself. In future, will deal with the ferry companies direct.”

Sincere apologies for this pricing error. A refund of the additional charges is being processed. We have now corrected this mistake so that it doesn't happen in future.

“We/DHL Global Forwarding have been working with Adam Redford and his team for the first time this year on a very large project and i'm pleased to say they haven't missed a beat, with everything moving as planned. “This was my first time using the booking system to book a ferry. Only quarm i have is the price for a second pasenger in the same vehicle. Over all an easy way to book ferries.”

“Both Lukasz and Ivan are a credit to your company. They are both efficient and reassuring (when needed). They sorted out our companies freight with ease. Their emails and telephone calls were very polite and exactly what I needed during the stress of arranging ferry crossings from Jersey back to the mainland. And so I will be using your company again in the near future.”
