“Terrible i AM still waiting to find out if my other booking is passed or not and I have a truck that need to be in Liverpool on Monday morning such bad service”

We're sorry that you are unhappy with the service you received. Unfortunately your booking was placed on standby by the ferry operator. This is something we do not have control over. Several alternative sailings and routes have been offered but have been declined. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

“I have been dealing with Sadie Ashton this evening, and she has been really patient, after I sent a DGN under the wrong booking, their was no fuss and Sadie just took in her stride, and we got through it, I was really impressed, the communication was good and Sadie replied very quickly to my emails, which i really appreciated. Well done Sadie, hope your other customers are more straight forward. This was a great example of excellent customer service!”

“Very late confirmation after 6 hours”

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately our office closes at 23.00 and the operator's office was also closed. We did not receive confirmation until the operator reopened just before 08.00. The confirmation was sent as soon as we received it. Sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused.

“Used the app, couldn’t be easier! All timings went to plan so no need to contact Freightlink. However, in the past I have had to change sailings and their efficiency was first class and I wasn’t charged for the changes.”
