“Even though we are a small Company, we always receive top service when making our bookings with Freightlink. The online booking system is easy to use with lots of additional details and information online. If we have had to call the customer service team at any time things have been dealt with very quickly with the minimum of fuss. Without doubt I would always recommend Freightlink. “We found out that booking with Visacard from the Netherlands on your Android app doesn't work for some reason. Thats bad, it took a lot of time and effort to find that out. Because of your nice lady at the helpdesk, Ramona, you still get 4 stars. She is absolutely very helpful, friendly and nice! If this was a review for Ramona I would give 10 out of 5 stars, definitely! 😊”

“YES I WAS VERY EASY TO BOOK THE SAILING FROM HEYSHAM TO DUBLIN,,,BUT WHEN I CONTACTED THE COMPANY I WAS CONTRACTING FOR THE SAID THEY WOULD NOT REIMBURSE FOR THAT AMOUNT SO I HAD TO CANCEL..I THOUGHT IT REASONABLE BUT SOME FIRMS ARE TIGHT AND DON'T WANT TO PAY”
