“This was a first, never tried a freight only ferry. Booking was surprisingly easy although when ringing the Liverpool office (found online) we found that we needed to contact a Preston number to make a booking. Why not the Preston number to start with? However after this initial gripe booking was easy and everything explained clearly.”

Unfortunately the first transaction was declined by the acquiring bank. The later transaction (of a different amount) was authorised. This is beyond our control.
