The switch I got was faulty and didn't work , as it was £6.00 + postage £10 in total . I decided Not to go for a refund , but ordered another in the hope that this time it will Work

I have only received four parts because two parts are no longer available. I paid for all six parts, but received only four. I'm still waiting for a refund. There is no reply to my emails. I'm disappointed.

Parts are of manufacture standard.very poor communication will not deal with again

You wait 2-3 weeks for most parts now. No one replies to your emails. So you phone up to cancel your order because other suppliers don't seem to have the same issue. You are told that you must email your cancellation to the relevant department. So you email your cancellation and get no response. Fed up of waiting you order your parts from somewhere else which arrives 2-3 days later. Then your Fowlers parts arrive and are told you can't return them without a fee. So it seems like Fowlers don't dispatch your item until your cancel them. This has happened with my last four orders with them. It's unforgivable service given the size of the company. I shall be taking my workshop business elsewhere.

Submitted an order late evening and accidentally selected the wrong delivery address within my account. At 9.00 am next day I rang Fowlers to ask if this could be changed or cancelled. The order hadn't even been picked! Staff spoke some rubbish about card payment insurance and addresses. If that was the case why can you get goods sent to one address, different to the billing address?? Used fowlers for years - Yes it was my fault but the quality of a company comes into play when a problem arises. No help whatsoever. Cost me a 60-mile drive to collect. And in case Fowler's reply to this feedback - The timeframe used to write a reply could have been used to either cancel my order or change my address! Will use another supplier in future.

ORDER # FP1268195- I would like bring to your attention that I might never receive my order due to my parcel being sent by Royal Mail instead of UPS. I specified in many emails that my order must be sent via UPS , because our South African postal service is absolutely useless and will take months IF I ever receive it. I was quoted on UPS and I paid for UPS. I've emailed Nick Few regarding this , but no reply after days. This was my first time ever dealing with Fowlers and I'm not impressed. The tracking shows the parcel left the UK 8 May 2021....

Place online order Sunday, missed a part, phoned 0900 Monday and told impossible to change, even though parts were out of stock and need ordering in. Then enquired on an outstanding order that had not arrived, told part had been discontinued, no communication to advise, when asking about refund told it would take 2 weeks to get my £211 credited !!!!! Poor practice, 3 weeks at least holding money on a part that’s not available anymore, even though website allowed it to be ordered. You only find out how good a company is when it goes wrong.

Seem to be a good setup and quick delivery if the parts are in stock , if the parts are not in stock expect to have the customers bike on the ramp for a few weeks . If the parts are not in stock try the dealer network don't wait for fowlers .

Would have given zero stars if possible. Waited weeks and no delivery despite being told the items were on the way. Continuous improvement is about customer delight. Not this time though your service is hopeless.

Hi i rang fowlers and got to speak to graham very nice man i was ordering a race screen smoked for my 2015 gsxr 1000 he gave me the part number and told me i would have to order it on your site and i done that and the screen arrived to me in dublin the problem is he gave me the part number for a 2017 gsxr so it does not fit and i had to pay the customs charge on it so now i am stuck with a screen that does not fit my bike

Useless after sales service. The overdone telephone answer machine sends you round in circles, they keep recommending ordering on the Web site but it's so out of date that some bikes that are less 3 years old aren't even on the list to choose from. Covid is constantly used as an excuse not to answer the phone. Typical fowlers bad service, how they get to be the main distributor for the South West I can only guess at...

Not impressed with service this time Took 5 days to get to me even though I had emailed saying posted that day (probably wasn’t ) Sent emails about an item that was the wrong number and I received bulbs instead but not helpful on emails they replied with Yep I would say not good

Very bad service, Ordered a gasket and an o ring for slave cylinder, said had both parts in stock, got dispatched email next day. Filling day I got another email saying gasket not in stock. So I immediately emailed back saying not to send print as paying 5 quid postage for a print was a bit much, got reply saying couldn't cancel order, was no help whatsoever!

The product was never delivered. Fowlers parts deoartment are quick take money and to send paperwork but are a very poor on actually providing an item that was suppossed to be a stock item. I intend to request a refund and go elsewhere for my motorcycle parts.

I had a bad experience since I asked for a reference and a different one arrived, they did not inform that they no longer had that piece and they sent me another that I did not want. We had a bad experience and on top of that they wanted me to pay the return shipping from Spain to give me back the money.
