“Complete joke company took money then couldn’t supply part which they said was available kept my money then I’m havin make calls and chase up , didn’t even tell me they cudnt supply just took and still have my cash use cmsnl for parts people these are jokers”

“A few times they've been of use. But other times that outweigh the good is they've been totally useless. Recently asked via email regarding a part namely a gts super bike finder. But couldn't be bothered to help.”

“Ordered the parts. Got a confirmation email. Then got a ‘you’re item is being picked’ email. Followed by a ‘your item has been dispatched’ email. Money taken from bank account. So far so good.... Then I get a ‘dear customer’ email - no personalisation there, then - to tell me you don’t actually have the parts and here’s my money back. No indication as to whether you can actually get me the parts and if so, when I’m likely to see them. Just a phone number for me to spend time and money on speaking to someone. If I’d wanted to speak to someone I wouldn’t have ordered the things online....”

“Ordered part for bike, website said two in stock. Next day recieved confirmation email saying my part has been dispatched only to have my money refunded three days later no email nothing explaining why. Phoned the company to ask why came, turns out they was none in stock.”

“Ordered 4 injector seals and received 1 and when you call parts No1 answers the phone,a few days later when I received a call back they said they hadn't checked the quantity on the order”

“as a trade customer we ordered parts but the bike details we logged on had the wrong part number listed from fowlers which the parts guy admitted to when we asked to refund or send the right part we where told because we had opened the packaging they could not refund that part then they said they might refund after speaking to the manager but i neede to send photos of parts and email all sorts of bits and pieces as a bike shop trying to run a bussiness then needing to waste time with emails and telephone calls just takes up precious work time never had this problem with any other parts suppliers we use and have accounts with as of such we have decided not to use foewlers no longer”

“I ordered the parts (not cheap) ages ago now and still received nothing. I know there are Covid-19 delays with postage, but about two weeks ago I emailed the customer service dept. asking for a postage tracking number (so I could follow-up) and still haven't had a reply! very poor and now starting to wonder if I have been ripped off / scammed!”

“Received parts only to find the metal strap creased due to aggressive bend applied to make it fit into packaging. Although the part is able to be used it will look rough and being that it is in the line of site i won't be fitting it due to much annoyance.”

“Un helpful didn't return 4 phone calls ripped me of when refused to add to an order they kept me waiting for lied repeatedly about returning calls in pleasant experience every time never got back to me to apply my discount for being a member of vjmc I would rather pay the higher price cmsnl than deal with these cowboys completely useless”

“Ordered in April and arrived the end of June, yes lockdown I get that but I’ve emailed loads asking about my order and didn’t hear from you for two months. I understand the delay getting parts but poor comms although that said, usually Good”

“Would never order again. Placed an order over 8 weeks ago, still hasn't arrived, have not had no update. When I called to request an update I was advised it would be with me in 3 working days, that was 2 weeks ago.. still nothing. Avoid this company! Quick enough to take your money but do not send the items.”
