Useless organisation. Poor communications, ordering parts using the image code, and sending the wrong details. Cost me £15 (£3 postage each time0 for an item worth £2. Will pay more and buy from a better business.

The baffle I ordered didn’t even come with a screw to fit it in place and once I asked for a refund they didn’t respond to my email after asking for the order number.

I would like to give u zero stars ordered a simple sump plug washer n spark plug in October now in December still no parts asked twice about parts told on back order doesn’t take this long for the parts I need

Placed an order and both tried to phone and emailed to cancel within 3minutes as realised the order was incorrect. A few days later got a response that it was too late to cancel as the order had already been picked for shipping. Didn't want to pay to send it back so now have a useless part.

Sent wrong part, were not interested in rectifying their mistake. I ordered a fuel tank gasket, they sent an o-ring for the filler cap.

I ORDERED 9 X ITEMS WHEN OPENING ONLY 3 IN PKT REVISITED STORE AFTER THEY DONE STOCK CHECK FOUND I WAS RIGHT AND MADE UP TO WHAT I ORDERED COST ME ANOTHER GALLON PETROL [VOUCHER WOULD OF BEEN NICE INCONVIENEANCE ]

Disappointed with fowler’s. when ordering parts you are lead to believe that they are in stock but that’s not the case. Over 3 weeks for delivery is unacceptable. No communication or order update, had to contact customer services that thought it was ok to mislead customers about ordering products that are not in stock. Poor service…
