Submitted an order late evening and accidentally selected the wrong delivery address within my account. At 9.00 am next day I rang Fowlers to ask if this could be changed or cancelled. The order hadn't even been picked! Staff spoke some rubbish about card payment insurance and addresses. If that was the case why can you get goods sent to one address, different to the billing address?? Used fowlers for years - Yes it was my fault but the quality of a company comes into play when a problem arises. No help whatsoever.
Cost me a 60-mile drive to collect.
And in case Fowler's reply to this feedback - The timeframe used to write a reply could have been used to either cancel my order or change my address!
Will use another supplier in future.
