First time using fowlers but i dont think i will use them again. Ordered a speed sensor for my street triple, it was supposed to be delivered on next day delivery but I ordered it on a weekend so I gave the benefit of the doubt I called the next thursday to be told it hadn't been picked from the warehouse, but I was assured it was now on its way and should be with me in a few days, called the next week and found out the didn't really have a record of my order and the sensor wasn't in stock, so would be about 10 days. I took a refund and bought a second hand sensor from Ebay.

See what you shipped and how,I landed up paying for the shipment that arrived. Ultimately I was the one who landed up paying the price coz of system glitch.

Part I bought broke upon first start up as it was made from cheap cast steel. No refund or replacement offered through warranty. Made my own from a grade 8.8 bolt turned on a lathe and has worked fine. Be the last I'm ordering from fowlers and have been using their parts since 2012.

Hi, Ordered an oil filter and a set of rear brake pads for my Triumph Tiger 900 but all that I got instead were some photos of some kids and a pendant. Think the parts got nicked at one of the transits. Regards, Shankaran

Poor experience this time. I ordered some shims that were showing as in stock. Only one shim of the 7 I ordered arrived along with a note saying there had been an issue with the picking system and the remaining order would be dispatched at a later date. I chased after 3 days and was told that the machine hadn't been fixed and couldn't provide an ETA. Had to source shims elsewhere and then, like buses they both arrived at the same time. To put this in context I've ordered things in the past and never had a problem but this was particularly inconvenient as the bike was off the road waiting for parts.

Ordered a new throttle cable on weekend of 6/7 January 1st class and as off from today 17th January still not received it very disappointed.

I ordered a part and paid extra for next day delivery. It didn't arrive on time. It was very late. When it finally arrived, it was marked for 2 day delivery. I wasn't told that. I rang and asked for a refund of the extra postage I had paid, but was refused on the grounds that the Fowlers website gave this information. It didn't! I looked again and found something about it. It was vague and difficult to find. I won't order from Fowlers again.

Wrong Stopper Bolt sent for my year of Burgman 650? Despite stating correct for my year of Suzuki. Had I fitted it without checking would have caused catastrophic failure of my CVT apparently...

I will never buy anything else again from them as they refused to service my Yamaha because it was more than 8 years old. Unbelievable, an official dealer refusing a brand they represent !!! Im 58 had bikes all my life since I was 16 and never heard anything like this before, at least I know now where not to buy a bike, thats for sure !!!

Twice they have tried to send me the part I ordered, had an email after the second time threatening me with additional postage charges. I suggest you employ a more competent courier service.

Disappointing. Ordered £145 worth of parts. In preparation for suspension rebuild. To find out that a seal kit worth £51 wasn't included within the parcel. As it was 3 weeks since the parcel arrived. Customer services wasn't willing to do anything of worth about it. So that's £51 lost because someone at Fowlers forgot to pack the item that I bought and paid for. Because of this, I will no longer be buying anything from Fowlers again. Never had this problem with Trevor Pope KTM.

Ordered a starter button for my vespa Gts300. When it came it felt and looked inferior to the original one which was still working but damaged . Fitted the new one from fowlers, it lasted 2 starts ( 2 pushes ) then fell to pieces, very disappointed, dont know if vespa have swapped to a cheaper switch or fowlers are supplying a cheaper switch.
