Quite clearly the wrong decal was sent. I have never seen this size decal fitted to an RD350LC Given the cost of postage to send it back, I didn't bother. A waste of £18 with the postage.

I ordered a part using the parts diagram the part that arrived was incorrect I asked customer services for advice & assistance who could not have been less helpful. No solution offered, no helpful suggestions.

9 months to get a part. Yes, it was difficult for Fowlers to source in India and yes, they stayed in contact (at least with a periodic message saying that delivery was being put back again) but a more realistic delivery date when ordering the part would have been so useful. I was without my bike for 9 months as a result.

I placed my order around 15.00 and waited for a reply and heard nothing, I was in urgent need of the parts and as you no longer have a parts counter I had no choice but to wait. By midday the next day I came to the store having still had no reply only to be told my order was still not ready, not a happy customer, I was then given a number to ring so I could ask where my order was, I then had to wait a further ½ hour to get my order. I don't know who's decision it was to not have a parts counter but it most definitely was the wrong one. Surely it should be no longer than ½ an hour between placing an order and it being ready for collection! Sadly my experience with fowlers has been nothing but a negative one and unfortunately it's not just this occasion.

I was ordering Cush drive rubbers. I expected 1 pack of four for £20, not one of one. A ridiculous price when everywhere else sells a four pack for £20-35.

First time using fowlers but i dont think i will use them again. Ordered a speed sensor for my street triple, it was supposed to be delivered on next day delivery but I ordered it on a weekend so I gave the benefit of the doubt I called the next thursday to be told it hadn't been picked from the warehouse, but I was assured it was now on its way and should be with me in a few days, called the next week and found out the didn't really have a record of my order and the sensor wasn't in stock, so would be about 10 days. I took a refund and bought a second hand sensor from Ebay.

It’s been over two weeks since I ordered on May 24, and I haven’t heard a thing… should I be worried? 😅

See what you shipped and how,I landed up paying for the shipment that arrived. Ultimately I was the one who landed up paying the price coz of system glitch.

Part I bought broke upon first start up as it was made from cheap cast steel. No refund or replacement offered through warranty. Made my own from a grade 8.8 bolt turned on a lathe and has worked fine. Be the last I'm ordering from fowlers and have been using their parts since 2012.

Hi, Ordered an oil filter and a set of rear brake pads for my Triumph Tiger 900 but all that I got instead were some photos of some kids and a pendant. Think the parts got nicked at one of the transits. Regards, Shankaran

Poor experience this time. I ordered some shims that were showing as in stock. Only one shim of the 7 I ordered arrived along with a note saying there had been an issue with the picking system and the remaining order would be dispatched at a later date. I chased after 3 days and was told that the machine hadn't been fixed and couldn't provide an ETA. Had to source shims elsewhere and then, like buses they both arrived at the same time. To put this in context I've ordered things in the past and never had a problem but this was particularly inconvenient as the bike was off the road waiting for parts.
