I order two item on 03-03-2023, i got the reference number of the item since the date I bought, saying my carrier is royal mail so far haven't got the tracking number just the reference

Good at selling bikes but don't expect much in afterservice, don't trust their safety checks or servicing either. I speak from multiple bad experiences both from myself and others. They don't get described as foulups for no reason.

False promises on next day delivery paid extra for guarantee business dpd ,and guess what three days later still nothing ,scammed

Ordered just a spark plug on the 18/11/2022 paid £8.95 delivery and it’s still not turned up, hoping the £8.95 is waived considering the £8.95 was for delivery next working day, now expected 07/12/2022, it’s been delayed 5 times and the Royal Mail can’t be blamed as this is a Dpd delivery. Would have been quicker to collect if I had known it would have taken this long to deliver.

I ordered a washer, which only needed to go in a jiffy bag and in the post. NO option but DPD courier costing me over £5!! just to have a washer! Disappointing . Good service from Fowlers, but bad on delivery.

Take the mickey with the order paid for next day delivery still hasn't turned up if you want your parcel next year order from this website now

very disappointing. i had just placed an order for several parts which included nuts bolts brackets etc totaling to over £100. i spoke to a lovely lady at fowlers this morning to add to that order and sent out next day, no problem whatsoever!!! 30 mins later i remembered i needed something else so i called back to place the order that was in stock, pay and put the item in with my original order if, IF, it had not been posted yet. the human that i spoke to said it's not possible to do that. i will have to order it separately and pay additional postage "just like you would have to if you shopped at amazon" the human said!! at amazon it's all online, you don't get to SPEAK TO A HUMAN when ordering. it would have been a simple task to fulfill my request, it's called great customer service.

Ordered 2 parts, one was in stock and came next day as expected. The second part wasn’t in stock and I was told 10 working days, to then be told 14 days later that the part has been discontinued and provided me with the alternative. 30 days later and still no parts delivered and I had to ring to get my refund from the previous part ordered (discontinued). Appalling service from start to finish!

Radiator arrived damaged, they advised me to straighten all the bent fins out myself. When I then questioned them about the bent lug on top they told me that it was normal…. Further another email to them showing my original and the one they sent I never got a reply…

Ordered an Aprilia part back in April 2022, told it would be 6 weeks, then when enquired told it would be 1st August 2022. End of August told that there couldn’t be a date supplied and it would be indefinitely. I cancelled the order.

Over priced , ordered float valves for bandit 600,paid £34 , thinking i was getting four for that To my horror only got one As you can see from pictures you get a whole lot more from other places i.e wemto etc and only £9 Just thinking if you are replacing all 4 that’s around £100 no gaskets etc Wemto would be about £40 including gaskets Shocked to say least

Having to order the same part twice because my package arrived empty, Royal Mail didn’t want to know and fowlers expect me to wait a week for a 22 pound oil seal to be claimed.

Paid for next day delivery, told dpd forgot my parcel. Was told I would have a refund. Never got that refund.

After receiving confirmation of my online order I phoned to ask if I could change the status of the order from collection to postal as I was unable to get to Bristol to collect and was then told by a young lady that no such order was on their system and was said in such a way that I was made to feel stupid. In short, I went elsewhere and will continue to do so.

A month and still no parts, have chased via your parts team and they don’t seem particularly interested. My contract is with you and yours with wherever the parts are coming from so it’s Fowlers who are not delivering a service to me the customer. Saying ‘you’ve chased’ once a week isn’t acceptable really.
