Place online order Sunday, missed a part, phoned 0900 Monday and told impossible to change, even though parts were out of stock and need ordering in.
Then enquired on an outstanding order that had not arrived, told part had been discontinued, no communication to advise, when asking about refund told it would take 2 weeks to get my £211 credited !!!!!
Poor practice, 3 weeks at least holding money on a part that’s not available anymore, even though website allowed it to be ordered.
You only find out how good a company is when it goes wrong.
