Customer service good, delivery time rapid, but I do take issue with delivery charge for something that could be sent on a 1st class stamp, also if ordering more than one product and one item is out of stock you have to pay double delivery

I am pleased to have received correct part from an OEM Supplier. It would have been preferable to have been made a.ware it was a back order part at point of purchase

Ordered and paid for Triumph parts (in stock) on Saturday, paid for next business day delivery and expected parts Monday (today)...just received Royal Mail email advising that they had parts and are delivering Tuesday....if I can order and pay for them on a Saturday then why aren't they despatched same day...? Fowlers are open Saturday took the money..therefore...business day...

Good service and parts despatched quickly but email updates and tracking details are sorely lacking. Despatch confirmation finally received at 23:30 and no tracking link at all. Parts arrived the following day, so the service could be exemplary but currently needs work. Hostile response from customer service when questioned, although I wrote the message 'in the heat of the moment' with no idea as to whether the order had even been processed, let alone despatched.

Fowlers Parts are ok on the phone, the main problem is that the website wants you to have the part code, whereas you want to search by description. I mentioned this to the person on the phone, but they brushed off the criticism which isn't really what you expect. What other customer-facing business runs a website where you can't search by description? Nonsense really

I don't have any problem with Fowlers per se, only with their useless delivery partners. Having waited for 2 weeks for what should have been a 2 DAY delivery I sourced parts elsewhere which did arrive in 2 days. It seems courier lost package. Still waiting for refund.

Parts were as described but the customer service was unpleasant over the phone. Tried to explain my situation with the order but the gentleman was abrupt and I felt rushed. I've ordered parts before from Fowler's and never had this happen when I had an issue with parts or part numbers. Not sure what's going on internally! Shame really 😞

In general I'm very happy and would rate 5 stars. But due to poor support and goodwill regarding a wrong sent part I only rate 3.

First order taken canceled and refunded told to order again and at first was told part couldn’t be got and organise another refund but then the delivery company delivered said part, all things considered I was glade to receive part as even triumph couldn’t get me it

Ordered 3 washers for my Suzuki T 500 restoration. They were sent out in an A5 padded envelope. The value of the parts was £1.81 but postage was £3.50. You could have sent them in a much smaller envelope or packet for less cost. A little more thought would save your customers on postage charges and bring repeat business. Not impressed.

Hi, Your online parts service was very good. Ordering was easy and the parts arrived quickly. However, the brake lever you sent is silver when it should have been black, which is the original Suzuki colour, so now I have got a miss match with the clutch lever. Regards Tom
