“They are very easy to deal with, polite, friendly and approachable. The thing I liked most when ordering parts is that they didn't try to push me to buy more expensive parts or up sell if you will, they just gave me balanced options.”

“To be honest I was disappointed with this order. The main item that I wanted was no longer available from Yamaha, and so the order was fulfilled without that item and a refund was issued. I understand that Fowlers weren't to know that the part was no longer available until I requested it. BUT being the main purpose of the order, had I known that it was unavailable, I would have preferred to cancel the whole order.”

“Great detailed parts diagrams. Excellent service only reduced by a glitch in the payment system: payment was not accepted first time but it was at the second attempt but this resulted in a duplicated order. Duplicated order was returned and refunded without delay.”
