Service is good. Only issue the system showed stock of the Avon adventure tyre and I paid for it only to be notified it was out of stock. Refund was prompt, all in all very good service and will continue to use them.

Very easy to order, all came and no mistakes. The only negative for me was the length of time it took for delivery, other than that, no complaints.

Fowlers were great at supplying teh parts and even provided some email support. The problem was the Dyna coils weren't a straight swap for my ZX7R. They don't fit on the standard bracket and I have to fabricate a new bracket. And then the spade connectors to the coils need removing and soldering on new connectors. All in all I wished they said you need to make up brackets. They aren't a straight forward fit. Does anyone make a bracket for a ZX7R to mount the Dyna coils? So in summary, Fowlers were great, but the Dyna coils are a pig to fit. Lets hope they are as good as they say once I get them mounted.

It was easy to order online. One part was not in stock and was put on back order but my delivery still arrived within a week. All parts were correct and fitted. I've knocked off one star because I wish there was a lower delivery charge for very small items.

The only problem I have is that when I was orderd this on the Friday it said on " Order in the next 33mins for post today" Which I did, It then wasn't posted until the following Monday afternoon!!! This has happened several times over the years of ordering from them.

I ordered two items. Unfortunately it did not become apparant to me that one item was on back order until I got the order acknowledgement, so I got clobbered for two sets of shipping charges. This was my mistake, however a question on consolidated shipping to prompt this to my attention would have been welcome. All that said, deliveries were timely and as acknowledged.

Very efficient service with in stock parts dispatched very quickly. The only issues I have encountered is some part numbers are show as ‘not in stock’ are actually no longer available. Such occurrences are few in number and I have been informed very quickly of this.

Service was good, but as my order was accepted I thought it was in stock. It took almost 3 months to arrive - that wasn't a problem and I would have ordered it anyway, but a notification or update would have been appreciated.

The parts department themselves at Fowlers were very helpful and I have no complaints .None stock parts were obtained within a good timeframe . Communication on delivery was also good. My only gripe,which is not Fowlers fault at all,is the high cost of genuine Honda parts.
