“This ordering on line just adds a level of inconvenience that I could do without. Not all of the parts lists are on the website, so it adds time. I can't really see what the customer benefit is supposed to be?”

“Fantastic......bought quite a few parts during this restoration, Genuine suzuki parts are not cheap but the best quality and in stock despite bike being 35 years old, delivery was next day without extra cost Thankyou highly reccomend”

“One of the parts machine pickers had failed with my part inside it. Still not received it almost 4 weeks later now. Very disappointed the spares counter had been closed. 95% of my spend in Fowlers was at the spares counter. I may as well order spares from a.n.other spares company now. Another service where the "people" aspect has been removed.”

“I don’t normally review places because I’m lazy but I had to say these guys are amazing. Postage is really really fast, parts always fit and they’re always ridiculously helpful when you contact them! Just bought a dirtbike that needed some tlc and these guys have genuinely saved the day multiple times. A lot of the time these genuine parts aren’t even that much more than the eBay specials either! Cracking service, cannot reccomend enough!”

“Whilst I like to support my "local" dealer, they are an hours drive away and don't carry much stock. With Fowlers, it's unusual for them not to have a part in stock. Parts are usually with you very quickly and there are various delivery options available, at a fair price. I've used them several times now and can't fault them.”
