“Despite an earlier glitch in their picking process I received my brake lever very quickly. Their website is a bit clunky and emails are often delayed,the service department is however excellent on the phone, special thanks to Troy.”

“Thie diagram is incorrect not allowing buyer to order the correct part,there are 2 hoses shown as parts A & B which I needed (there are 3 hoses in total) but can only order 2 from inaccurate diagram….I still need this part.The service from Fowlers was reasonable though & would use again.”

“Good response and parts delivered ok. Please be aware. Shortly after i purchased the item giving the usual credit card, address etc i was scammed. A person called me who knew all my personel details such as Post code/address/credit card info. I do not use my credit often but wondered how they got this information. I am not accussing staff at Fowlers of fowl play just ensure you check whomever has access to the personal details and they are secure. Please do not take offence to this message. You asked for feedback and if not for the survey i would not have sent this message.”
