“Well it's the 8th day of not receiving… Well it's the 8th day of not receiving my order and my wife basically got told it's your problem not ours by the very rude customer service man Martin I think his name was. I have used Fowlers many times before and spent a lot of money over the years with no problems whatsoever. But the one time there is a problem, (my order not being delivered) I am told it's not our problem. Any company I have used in the past has shipped out a replacement after a week of no delivery. I will not be using them again in the future even if that means purchasing from another country. I think Martin or whoever was on the end of the phone needs some training on his customer service skills as his attitude and ignorance does Fowlers no favours.”

“Usually carrying a large amount of stock, I wanted a lens for the rear indicator on a bik ethat was 16 years old, no problem. It arrived a couple of days later and thankfully was well packed.”
