Appeared to be old stock, leak remained. This has been submitted to customer service team following purchase. Response still awaited.

Little bit disappointed with this order. I checked the part number carefully before ordering and did an online chat with Fowlers to be certain. I ordered the part, was advised it was on back order. A few days later I got an email telling me unless I confirmed it was the correct part (bearing in mind I’d done so already, paid and got an order confirmation) they wouldn’t process the order. I contacted them immediately and they confirmed they would go ahead and place the order. It arrived ok but disappointed with the treat to cancel it after being told it had been processed unless I contacted them immediately.

General Fowlers Parts are reasonably priced and despatch times are appropriate. Carriage is pricey and not indicative of the size and weight of item ordered. They are poor at refunds when an order is cancelled with no communication or easy way to contact the relevant team.

Usually very happy with service, returning customer, the main reason is that your website states if the item is in stock or not. However on this occasion it was incorrect and I've subsequently been told the part is out of stock. I could of ordered elsewhere as pther suppliers had them in stock, and had my bike back on the road, however I am £120 out of pocket, unable to order elsewhere, and have a bike (my only form of transport) off the road until the back order arrives. Hopefully the brake pads will arrive before too long 🤞

Normally I'd give Fowlers 10/10 but on this Occasion they Failed Badly. I ordered a Fairing Decal and it was Placed in a See through Bag and then in a Huge Envelope. Envelope was so Big it didn't fit through my Letterbox so the Postman Folded it up, Result= Badly Creased Decal. Postman was not at Fault as there was NO Cardboard to Protect the Decal and the Envelope Didn't say "Do Not Bend". Fowlers did however Apologise and said they'd Investigate it and Issued a Full Refund.

My experience with Fowler itself was ok, staff where...... well only one off them was helpful, the others where a pack of Doyle's. My problem is when fowler store know's it's store is in bloody air clean zone highlight this in your delivery option and let your customers know,if they decided to pic it up. I am happily not from Bristol from the glories NORTH I was only driving pass and decided to pic the item myself until I was shafted by £9 Dailey rate for my newish diesel car gutted giving £9 fat cats who claim they care about the environment.

Not impressed with the delivery options available paid for next day delivery but they use royal mail which isn’t a next day delivery service waste of money really

Paid extra for 24 hour delivery which was confirmed when I placed the order. It arrived late afternoon two days later, delayed the project I needed it for, a waste of money paying for the faster 24 hour delivery.

Ordered 4 plastic rivets for my tracer 900. Delivery was good but only received 3 of the rivets 1 of the larger ones were missing . Maybe a good idea to employ people who can count 😁

I know there are Royal Mail strikes, but I would rather have that option and have to wait, than be forced to use a courier as only available option. £7 shipping for a £14 oring! Not impressed.

I ordered over £400 of parts but because 1 item is on back order you charge me for delivery on that item, no other companies do that ( i am in the trade and have an account with you) so why do Fowlers do it? Also waiting for a part that I ordered last August!!!

They may have the parts but the staff need intensive customer training. Went to Flowers for a part, waited about 5 mins until eventually directed to the parts counter. The person behind the counter did not say a word during the entire transaction, not even replying to my 'Hello, I have a part to pick up'. He simply took the invoice went off and pushed the item to me, not a Hello, thank you or good bye. This is simply not acceptable. In my company a sullen attitude like that would get you a reprimand and further customer facing training.

If the part isn't in stock, make sure you mention it in your will because you may die before it arrives. 6 to 8 weeks to obtain spare parts for a vehicle is completely unacceptable and would not be tolerated by car owners.
