“I FIND FORWARD VIA.COM VERY EFFICIENTLY EXCELLENT, ALTHOUGH I FIND THE CONSOLIDATION CHARGES LESS COMPETITIVE COMPARED WITH OTHER SHIPPING COURIERS I HAVE COME ACROSS. I SUGGEST YOU LOWER THE CONSOLIDATION CHARGES TO FIVE POUNDS, AND FREE OF CHARGE, OR INTRODUCE A FLAT RATE OF TWO POUNDS FOR UNPACKING, AS AN OPTION, AS I AM SURE THAT THIS WILL INCREASE BUSINESSES. YOU HAVE STIFF COMPETITION TO LOOK INTO.”
