About Flowers by Post UK Limited:

Our flower market stall (which is still going strong) was established in 1968 in Jersey’s historic Central Market. The business has steadily evolved and grown over time and we pioneered the concept of sending “flowers by post” enabling visitors to the island to send flowers to their family, friends and neighbours.
With the advent of the internet we created our first website and to service this growing demand relocated the online business to the mainland enabling us to access greater flower supplies and help the logistics’ of floral delivery.
We embrace the different ways our customers wish to purchase and engage with us whether that is online or by using our FREEPHONE 0800 735 1065 telephone number.
We strive to provide our customers with first class product; value for money; simple ordering processes and on time delivery methods using Royal Mail and Yodel Courier services. We match this with exceptional customer service.

I ordered a 12 carnation set of flowers plus gyp for my mum for Mother’s Day and was rather disappointed that there were only 11 carnations in the pack- one of which was broken and the gyp was broken too. I contacted yourselves on the day of arrival and was told someone would be in touch to refund me 10% of my order but heard nothing since. Very disappointed as previously we’ve always received excellent service.

They arrived on time as requested. Predominently all in bud but never really opened out fully.

Flowers were not delivered on the date requested. There were instructions on the front door, saying where to put the flowers if noone was in. Royal Mail took no notice of that, and didn't leave a card saying they had tried to deliver. I suppose I should have chosen the courier option rather than Royal Mail

The recipient did not discover the flowers until Sunday lunchtime. The delivery day was Saturday. They had been left outside the door of the appartment where she lives in the landing area between 4 flats. As it was very cold on the landing the flowers were fortunately still in good condition and she admired the pretty colours. I was told that, despie being deaf, she would have heard if the bell had been rung. She was at home so assumes that the bell was not rung. She is very pleased with the flowers and I can only suggest that it would be sensible to leave a card through the door in these circumsatances. She would then have seen the card and looked outside.

website and customer service are first class....flowers have been perfect...but the Royal Mail tracking service they use is diabolical....delivery only is confirmed by them no other information in between. EG..when late delivery they disclaim knowing the whereabouts of the flowers........this is not what we are paying for !!

Im a bit dissapointed this time the flowers seemed a bit sparse ive bought lots in the past ...sorry i cant be more favourable this time . My Mum is 90 and they were an early christmas gift

Sadly Royal Mail took five days to finally deliver flowers so the condition of the flowers were not great. Having received flowers from flowers by post on several occasions I have always found them to be top quality.

Unfortunately, the flowers which should have been delivered on Friday did not arrive until Monday, so the postal service let you down. I will not be using you again.

The flowers arrived 4 days after the expected delivery date. I think you must find a way of tracking the order so that we will know when they will arrive. It was embarrassing to keep asking the recipient if they had arrived and spoiled the surprise

Flowers arrived in time. Card that was payed for with the message did not. Person receiving Flowers did not know who the flowers came from.

I cannot comment on the flowers as not seen them. However the recipient found a box outside the property the day after delivery had been confirmed. They had nothing to tell them they were there. Fortunately they were well packaged and still ok - unless she was being too polite to say.

I queried the service with you after the flowers arrived two days after the due day and not in tip top condition. You had been let down by Royal Mail I accept but this is not the responsibility of myself YOUR customer. Your reply was apologetic and offered 10% discount off next order. Bit miffed that everyone can get the same discount for completing this survey, including those whose order arrived on time. Irene

The 2nd bouquet arrived on time but did not look as fresh as your flowers normally do. The bouquet began to droop after 3 days so it was a little disappointing especially as you had taken the trouble to reorder so promptly. Regards J.M.James

For the price a lot of flowers were received & a good mixed colour of varieties. Were packaged well too but the flowers were already past their best & did not improve with water & gentle sunlight. Some were open, some not yet neither altered day on day. I won't be ordering again...
