About Flowers by Post UK Limited:

Our flower market stall (which is still going strong) was established in 1968 in Jersey’s historic Central Market. The business has steadily evolved and grown over time and we pioneered the concept of sending “flowers by post” enabling visitors to the island to send flowers to their family, friends and neighbours.
With the advent of the internet we created our first website and to service this growing demand relocated the online business to the mainland enabling us to access greater flower supplies and help the logistics’ of floral delivery.
We embrace the different ways our customers wish to purchase and engage with us whether that is online or by using our FREEPHONE 0800 735 1065 telephone number.
We strive to provide our customers with first class product; value for money; simple ordering processes and on time delivery methods using Royal Mail and Yodel Courier services. We match this with exceptional customer service.

Easy to order and prices on a par with other ‘By Post’ flowers. Unfortunately the wrong item was delivered and I had to make enquires about why. The issue was sorted out and apologies made with a 50% refund on the order. Happy with that, sorted quickly.

Flowers came a day after the specified date. A bit dissapointing, as they missed the Birthday, but having said that, they are lovely blooms and hoping they last well. . Would have thought there would have been the usual little pack of , feed, which I have had in the past. However, I would use you again, Thanks

We had a problem with tracking the delivery. Right up to the moment of delivery, the tracking page showed the parcel as not received by the delivery company. However, Stephanie at Flowers by Post was very helpful in chasing up the delivery which arrived on the day appointed. The flowers were (and are) lovely and the chocs scrummy.

The delivery and flowers were fine, but the deliverer left the box on the doorstep without waiting for a response. The couple were away as it happened, so unless I had enquired, the flowers would have still been there. My sister was able to collect them for the recipient.
