About Flowers by Post UK Limited:

Our flower market stall (which is still going strong) was established in 1968 in Jersey’s historic Central Market. The business has steadily evolved and grown over time and we pioneered the concept of sending “flowers by post” enabling visitors to the island to send flowers to their family, friends and neighbours.
With the advent of the internet we created our first website and to service this growing demand relocated the online business to the mainland enabling us to access greater flower supplies and help the logistics’ of floral delivery.
We embrace the different ways our customers wish to purchase and engage with us whether that is online or by using our FREEPHONE 0800 735 1065 telephone number.
We strive to provide our customers with first class product; value for money; simple ordering processes and on time delivery methods using Royal Mail and Yodel Courier services. We match this with exceptional customer service.

Lovely roses for a very special occasion...arrived at 6.30 pm just when I was wondering if they would ever turn up. Close thing. The flowers are lasting well and are appreciated by the recipient.

Recently ordered flowers were very nice unfortunately due to Easter they arrived about a week early. I was advised that due to early arrival they would be in bud so would be nicely open by wanted due date. This was not the case they were already fully open. Sadly by date required they will already be past their best. Anne Reynolds

The carnations were very bright and cheerful. They had so much more colour than supermarket carnations. Would have given 5 stars however the majority of the flowers were open and not sleeping when they arrived. Saying that, they did last 10 days and were enjoyed by the recipient.

I made the order by email and they were delivered all OK, although I never saw the flowers and cannot comment on the display

The recipient was very pleased with the quality of the flowers. They arrived a day later than I had requested but fortunately she wasn’t aware that I was sending a bouquet to her and I had opted for the free 1st class post option so realise that this was out of your control. Would definitely use you again

We wanted scented flowers for mother / mother-in-law for Mothering Sunday as she is blind. Flowers by Post was one of VERY few postal flower companies that had freesia bouquets still available by the Tuesday before the big day! (Maybe lockdown caused a spike in demand this year - but we were very relieved that FbP could offer them at all.) She found them very satisfactory - so we're happy with the product and service. (We had no queries - so cannot score FbP's response to them. We just ordered on-line - very straightforward system.)

The bouquet originally arrived with roses and carnations 70% damaged, leaving the bouquet little more than a handful of stems. However, Flowers by Post reacted very positively and swiftly sent out a replacement. Overall excellent service

Very pleased with the flowers ordered.and the presentation. However not so pleased with the delivery. The box was brought from the van to our front door wrong side up in spite of instructions on the box. Thus when box was opened not only was it a little messy inside but the chocolates enclosed had been damaged. This is the first time this has happened when we have ordered flowers
