About Flowers by Post UK Limited:

Our flower market stall (which is still going strong) was established in 1968 in Jersey’s historic Central Market. The business has steadily evolved and grown over time and we pioneered the concept of sending “flowers by post” enabling visitors to the island to send flowers to their family, friends and neighbours.
With the advent of the internet we created our first website and to service this growing demand relocated the online business to the mainland enabling us to access greater flower supplies and help the logistics’ of floral delivery.
We embrace the different ways our customers wish to purchase and engage with us whether that is online or by using our FREEPHONE 0800 735 1065 telephone number.
We strive to provide our customers with first class product; value for money; simple ordering processes and on time delivery methods using Royal Mail and Yodel Courier services. We match this with exceptional customer service.

Good quality flowers and good service I have used this company on a few occasions but this time I also purchased the chocolates for £3.99, I wasn’t happy with the size, not much bigger than a deck of cards I was expecting the normal size

I ordered some flowers for my daughter's 50th Birthday. The process for ordering was very easy. The choices were very good. Unfortunately, the flowers were not delivered by your chosen courier. After contacting customer services it was agreed that I would receive a full refund. Your staff were understanding and very polite and the matter has now been resolved. However, I think that the use of this particular courier should be reviewed.

having ordered a month in advance, they called to say couldn't deliver on the day or the flowers ordered (yellow roses). I asked them to refund immediately. They called back to say that the manager would source the flowers elsewhere - could they deliver a day earlier. I said no, my wifes birthday is the 26th. The yellow roses arrived and are excellent.

The plant was strong and healthy but most of the flowers were at the bottom of the hoop. I'm sure given time they will grow well though.

The Lilly’s arrived and were a bit limp but thankfully they perked up and now are lovely! This was a gift for Canadian Mothers Day and so I’m glad they turned out ok. My sister took a photo of the flowers
