About Flowers by Post UK Limited:

Our flower market stall (which is still going strong) was established in 1968 in Jersey’s historic Central Market. The business has steadily evolved and grown over time and we pioneered the concept of sending “flowers by post” enabling visitors to the island to send flowers to their family, friends and neighbours.
With the advent of the internet we created our first website and to service this growing demand relocated the online business to the mainland enabling us to access greater flower supplies and help the logistics’ of floral delivery.
We embrace the different ways our customers wish to purchase and engage with us whether that is online or by using our FREEPHONE 0800 735 1065 telephone number.
We strive to provide our customers with first class product; value for money; simple ordering processes and on time delivery methods using Royal Mail and Yodel Courier services. We match this with exceptional customer service.

My friends and relatives always receive lovely flowers - and customer service is excellent. I took off one star because my parents' Christmas delivery of flowers didn't arrive due to a technical glitch at their end. Luckily I realised they had not arrived, so I sent an email to FBP and got a call back the next day; their flowers arrived within a couple of days. Have used FBP for years and it is the only time I have experienced an issue.

First time the flowers have been late ,should of been delivered on Thursday 28th but arrived on saturday 30th,hence the 4 star rating

My wife received flowers by post and we were pleasantly surprised by their freshness and quality. I have therefore had no compunction about using their service myself. This Chrismas and last I have received complimentary responses from the recipients.

Gorgeous red carnations! All your flowers last a long time, and this is partly why I have been a customer for many years. For the £34 bouquet of red carnations + gypsophila, could I suggest that you add a bit more greenery?

Never had any problems with ordering before but there was a mix up in delivery and my neighbour ended up getting her bouquet twice. The team swung into action very quickly and I was told to keep the second bouquet and I wasn't charged twice. First class customer service.

These were sent to my friend in a care home and she relies on the carers to do everything for her so the flowers get plonked in a vase. The flowers look rather average but arrived on time & brought my friend pleasure. Photo attached.

Good selection of flowers to suit all pockets, seem to be good quality. Delivery can be a bit variable, but thats down to good old Royal Mail.

The flowers arrived without delay and my friends were delighted with them. The plant I sent to one friend apparently had no card with it though. I know I filled in a greeting on a plain card but this seems to have been forgotten when the order was sent. Not a big problem, but a slight disappointment.
