About Flowers by Post:

Our flower market stall (which is still going strong) was established in 1968 in Jersey’s historic Central Market. The business has steadily evolved and grown over time and we pioneered the concept of sending “flowers by post” enabling visitors to the island to send flowers to their family, friends and neighbours.
With the advent of the internet we created our first website and to service this growing demand relocated the online business to the mainland enabling us to access greater flower supplies and help the logistics’ of floral delivery.
We embrace the different ways our customers wish to purchase and engage with us whether that is online or by using our FREEPHONE 0800 735 1065 telephone number.
We strive to provide our customers with first class product; value for money; simple ordering processes and on time delivery methods using Royal Mail and Yodel Courier services. We match this with exceptional customer service.

The blooms (orchids) were stunning, Unfortunately they they were left at neighbors front door in blazing sunshine if I hadn't been using the very good app and informed the recipient of their arrival, they would have withered. Not the drivers fault as this was his 92nd drop.

The flowers were delightful as usual and much appreciated. But, I was expecting them to be delivered by post and had checked someone would be at the delivery address at the time their post was usually delivered. Actually, they were delivered by Jodel later in the day. Tracking was available to me but not to the recipient who was not at home in the afternoon. The flowers were left in the porch. Fortunately no chocolates melting in this particular order.

prices seem to have risen substantially which now puts them at the level of many others. Please make sure you keep the quality up and/or add another stem or two for same price.

Website very easy to use. Flowers are lovely. Only criticism is the delivery time - delivered at 7pm on the day I wanted, but had thought they would be delivered morning/early afternoon. Recipient had gone out for the evening and didn't see them till she got home at 11pm.

Very easy to order on line. When tracking saw they had left depo at 7am but they were not delivered until around 6pm. Was concerned they would not be in good condition but they were fine. My sister was real,y happy with them. Will use again.

The flowers I ordered arrived on the day and time requested, the colours were immensely appreciated, the particular type (freesias) were my daughter's grandma's favourite (which she hadn't learned before) and it was much appreciated. They did however need a bit of a boost to revive them on arrival.

Always my go-to firm for flowers. Unfortunately recipients were out so dpd took back to depot. I was surprised that they didn’t try adjoining house. Hence not the usual 5 stars.

I have used this service for many years and have always been satisfied with the quality of the flowers. This latest order was for someone a long distance away and so I can only repeat what the recipient told me and that was that she was very happy with them.

The flowers came in bud which was perfect as they are still going to be going strong in 10 days. The only flaw is the amount of flowers, seemed like not a lot of flowers for the price but my wife is very happy with them as freesias are her favourite flowers.

I have used Flowers by Post a few times and have never been disappointed by the quality of the flowers and delivery. This time the flowers were stunning but the delivery let you down. The flowers were given aa estimated time of between 2 and 4 but weren't delivered until 8. There were for a birthday present so wished I had ordered them for the day before.
