I queried the service with you after the flowers arrived two days after the due day and not in tip top condition. You had been let down by Royal Mail I accept but this is not the responsibility of myself YOUR customer.
Your reply was apologetic and offered 10% discount off next order.
Bit miffed that everyone can get the same discount for completing this survey, including those whose order arrived on time.
