About Flowers by Post:

Our flower market stall (which is still going strong) was established in 1968 in Jersey’s historic Central Market. The business has steadily evolved and grown over time and we pioneered the concept of sending “flowers by post” enabling visitors to the island to send flowers to their family, friends and neighbours.
With the advent of the internet we created our first website and to service this growing demand relocated the online business to the mainland enabling us to access greater flower supplies and help the logistics’ of floral delivery.
We embrace the different ways our customers wish to purchase and engage with us whether that is online or by using our FREEPHONE 0800 735 1065 telephone number.
We strive to provide our customers with first class product; value for money; simple ordering processes and on time delivery methods using Royal Mail and Yodel Courier services. We match this with exceptional customer service.

I cannot comment on the flowers as not seen them. However the recipient found a box outside the property the day after delivery had been confirmed. They had nothing to tell them they were there. Fortunately they were well packaged and still ok - unless she was being too polite to say.

I queried the service with you after the flowers arrived two days after the due day and not in tip top condition. You had been let down by Royal Mail I accept but this is not the responsibility of myself YOUR customer. Your reply was apologetic and offered 10% discount off next order. Bit miffed that everyone can get the same discount for completing this survey, including those whose order arrived on time. Irene

The 2nd bouquet arrived on time but did not look as fresh as your flowers normally do. The bouquet began to droop after 3 days so it was a little disappointing especially as you had taken the trouble to reorder so promptly. Regards J.M.James

For the price a lot of flowers were received & a good mixed colour of varieties. Were packaged well too but the flowers were already past their best & did not improve with water & gentle sunlight. Some were open, some not yet neither altered day on day. I won't be ordering again...

Delivered 2 days late for an important anniversary, after being delivered to the wrong address on the correct day. Dont know if this company is at fault or the delivery company they use, but not good enough.

Not as many flowers as in advertising photo ,got the large so there was a chance of getting a good few but was disappointed,they were fresh and they were delivered on time and my friend was pleased with them

When checking my daughter ref the flowers she said. Oh! I wondered who sent those! Have checked back to my order, I did leave a message, welcoming her to her new home. What went wrong?

After the first lot of flowers not being delivered the second ones were lovely. But you need to change your delivery people as they were thrown over the high back gate,even though the lady was in no one knocked or rang the bell

They arrived on time but as the recipient was not at home, the delivery was placed in outside container, but no card was placed through the letterbox. Consequently the flowers were not found until 48 hours later when we rang to confirm the receipt of the package.

Unfortunately the Yodal driver who delivered the flowers just left them on the doorstep without knocking or ringing the bell. My friend who the flowers were for hasn't been well &she didn't find them until later in the day. Luckily the flower's were ok but if someone else hadn't come to the front door she may not have found them in time. I think Yodal should be reprimanded for this.

Very mixed opinions, ordered 2 x lots, disappointing they turned up at 6/7pm on the birthday day, whilst we were out having a meal so wife didn't get them really for her birthday it was gone 10pm, but guess this is luck of draw but factor that in when ordering. As for flowers I upgraded to large, blue orchids were amazing, the freesia bouquet was large cost £37 and looked like petrol station bunch at about worth £15 at tops. Wouldn't use again, just fear of unknown.

Can only give 3 stars. Although the flowers were lovely, the Mother’s Day card ordered with them was of very poor quality and half the message was missing from the front! Very disappointing.
