About Flowers by Post:

Our flower market stall (which is still going strong) was established in 1968 in Jersey’s historic Central Market. The business has steadily evolved and grown over time and we pioneered the concept of sending “flowers by post” enabling visitors to the island to send flowers to their family, friends and neighbours.
With the advent of the internet we created our first website and to service this growing demand relocated the online business to the mainland enabling us to access greater flower supplies and help the logistics’ of floral delivery.
We embrace the different ways our customers wish to purchase and engage with us whether that is online or by using our FREEPHONE 0800 735 1065 telephone number.
We strive to provide our customers with first class product; value for money; simple ordering processes and on time delivery methods using Royal Mail and Yodel Courier services. We match this with exceptional customer service.

The flowers ( electric blue orchids) were beautiful and good value. I would order them again but the only thing that stops me giving a 5 star review is the fact that they arrived at 7 pm. My sister knew I was sending them or would have thought I had forgotten her 60th birthday. I had ordered a week early to ensure they would be there in time.

The flowers that arrived were beautiful and if you had not asked me to write a review I would not have mentioned the flowers that were delivered are totally different from the ones ordered However the person that received them was very happy

The quality of the flowers received was very good, but the delivery to a London address took longer than expected (Monday instead of Friday). Letterbox flowers are probably the best solution for London; could I suggest that you widen the range of letterbox flowers?

When I ordered the flowers for a friend's special birthday, your website said that I would be getting a confirmation email "shortly". Well that never arrived so I was left wondering if the flowers would be delivered, even though my payment went through. Consequently I had to phone my friend to ask whether she had received the flowers. Fortunately she did, but it would have been nice to have had my order acknowledged.

The flowers were lovely they were for my sister in law as she had come out of hospital, the only issue I had was I ordered them for the Friday but they arrived on the Thursday and she didn't come out of hospital till the Friday, so spent all day and the following morning on the back door step
