About Flowers by Post UK Limited:

Our flower market stall (which is still going strong) was established in 1968 in Jersey’s historic Central Market. The business has steadily evolved and grown over time and we pioneered the concept of sending “flowers by post” enabling visitors to the island to send flowers to their family, friends and neighbours.
With the advent of the internet we created our first website and to service this growing demand relocated the online business to the mainland enabling us to access greater flower supplies and help the logistics’ of floral delivery.
We embrace the different ways our customers wish to purchase and engage with us whether that is online or by using our FREEPHONE 0800 735 1065 telephone number.
We strive to provide our customers with first class product; value for money; simple ordering processes and on time delivery methods using Royal Mail and Yodel Courier services. We match this with exceptional customer service.

Flowers were received with great joy no thanks to Royal Mail. They had to be retrieved from the sorting office by my 86 year old mother and could easily have spent Easter at the sorting office if she had not managed to get there when Royal Mail were open . I would strongly suggest that you find another delivery company. I see little point in staying loyal to Royal Mail's outmoded model for fresh flowers

I haven't seen the flowers but heard that they were lovely so thank you for that. Thank you also for helping to unravel the mistake I made in ordering two bouquets of the same flowers. You sorted this out and the money was refunded. The only criticism I have is that when I wanted to leave a message of good wishes and who the flowers were from it said which card would I like to buy. Having already bought a lovely birthday card I didn't want to buy another |(although they were cheap).

I tried twice one evening to order flowers via the Imternet. The site would not accept 2 of my cards. There was nobody available to find out why. The next day the site worked like a dream & the flowers arrived & were very much appreciated by my friends who had suffered a bereavement. Thank you

Another great delivery of flowers for my mum. There was a slight issue with the quantity of flowers which was very quickly resolved by the team and missing stems delivered promptly.

The flowers were nice. Next day delivery was good except for the fact they were delivered at 8.30pm which I thought was late especially as they were for an elderly couple!!
