About Flowers by Post UK Limited:

Our flower market stall (which is still going strong) was established in 1968 in Jersey’s historic Central Market. The business has steadily evolved and grown over time and we pioneered the concept of sending “flowers by post” enabling visitors to the island to send flowers to their family, friends and neighbours.
With the advent of the internet we created our first website and to service this growing demand relocated the online business to the mainland enabling us to access greater flower supplies and help the logistics’ of floral delivery.
We embrace the different ways our customers wish to purchase and engage with us whether that is online or by using our FREEPHONE 0800 735 1065 telephone number.
We strive to provide our customers with first class product; value for money; simple ordering processes and on time delivery methods using Royal Mail and Yodel Courier services. We match this with exceptional customer service.

Nice colours but some of the heads of the carnations were broken off, also the pinks had only short stems, more gypsophia than flowers I shall definitely think twice before ordering from you again.

The stems are too weak for the heads, fortunately I was doing an oasis arrangement so didn't need too many long stems - not your usual standard but arrived on time.

The flowers were very nice, though a little damaged - 4 blooms having broken in transit. The chocolates, brought as a birthday treat, were very disappointing - 3 chocolates!!

the flowers I ordered were due to be delivered on our 63rd wedding anniversary, we were dissapointed when they didn't arrive. They did turn up the next day and they are a nice display.

Unfortunately for the second time things were not as efficient as I have become used to over the several years I have used your service, as part of the order was missing. However the speedy follow up and customer service was very good . I can only assume the difficult time we live in have something to do with this. I shall certainly recommend and keep using Flowers By Post.

An improvement on my last order some months ago, but several blooms appear “very tired or only - nearly in bud” Could do better ! also the package is OK but I understand the stems were not “encased” in a water bandage or similar. Must admit not actually being the recipient and only seeing the flowers some two days after delivery my comments are based on the feelings of the recipient.

I heard the flowers arrived upside down in the box which stated this way up. The damage was minimal and the flowers were ok.

I sent two flower boxes to my niceness one in Bristol and one in Aberdeen. My nice in Bristol has hers but my nice in Aberdeen has not received any yet. Please let me know what went wrong.
