“Ordered the multi coloured light to put in the bath to make bath time more special for my eleven month old Granddaughter. It arrived in double quick time. My Granddaughter loved it and would not put it down!!”

“If you want a fast reliable service with added fun in their responses Firebox are the people to deal with. You can't escape their sense of humour and this difference makes them stand out from the rest. I emailed them instantly to express my appreciation of how they work and had an immediate response, the same day. They are so much fun, believe me. Deal with them before anyone else for a fun online shopping experience. I'm still smiling. Oh, and by the way, my product is great. Well done Firebox.”

“Really impressed with the products available and the easy to use website. I like the comments published with each item, payment was easy and delivery only took a couple of days. I realise it's difficult to gauge the size of some items when you see pictures on the internet, but I was pleasantly surprised when my items arrived that they weren't teeny tiny. I will definitely buy again from this site.”

“I have used Firebox several times over that last few years and I can't recommend them enough. Their customer service and email communications are excellent. I like their quirky emails and it's so refreshing. It always makes me smile even though it's an email they send to every customer but, because of the way they communicate, it makes it that bit special in my opinion and I read every line of the email which I don't do with other generic emails. Would highly recommend Firebox to everyone and I will continue to buy from them. They really are excellent!”

“We were very excited about the bath disco light - we received it very quickly - ran out to buy batteries that weren't included all for bath time for our son who has autism and who we knew would absolutely love it. We made sure everything was secured to the max but after 3 minutes in the bath it stopped working much to our son's immense distress. Apparently not 100% waterproof as advertised. Waste of time, batteries and postage costs. Eventually did get a full refund. Don't waste your money.”

“Fantastic experience with Firebox. They are a real breath of fresh air, with a fantastic sense of humor. Loved receiving the e-mails, and always had a giggle. Very speedy delivery service,( I think Lewis Hamilton was the driver).Packaging was excellent (now being used for used tissues) and contents lighting up my bath nicely (saves on electricity) so win win all around.”
