“These guys sell great products but the top rating for me comes from their service. My product (delivered from the maker) didn't arrive and the team at Firebox responded quickly, talked to me like a real, intelligent human being, they had real names and the service and responses were excellent. I'd recommend and definitely buy again.”

“i love the service firebox gave me .they have a very quirky way of keeping their customer upto date with their order .It made me smile and tell all my friends love the idea and a little bag of sweets went a long way with me anyway i also like the products and will probably shop their as one of my first choices primarily because of the unique style of service love it im totally sold !”

“SO many flavors of awesome!! Site is cool, customer service is hilarious! Items are unique and varied, and never boring!! Love the bonus little treats included as "thank you for shopping" thing! Quick delivery, considering I am in Canada, and will shop there again! ...already eyeing up the Garden Ninja Gnome and the Zombie Crib board for friends!! :)”
