“Excellent customer service! When there was a very small delay with part of my order, I was contacted by phone and asked if I still wanted the item and received an apology. In fact, the item arrived within a few days anyway! I love the quirky comments in Firebox's emails!”

“As usual Firebox come up trumps with great gift ideas, quirky messages and top class customer service. My goods were received in double quick speedy gonzalez time, as described and full of humour, crudeness and fun - exactly as ordered plus a free pack of chewy lips. What more could you ask for? “I love this website-just the product descriptions make me laugh. There is literally something for everyone, but beware if you are easily offended! As they say "Not for everyone", but they are just fine for me! I couldnt do without them for Christmas presentts for a hard- to-buy for teenage boy.”

“Great experience buying from Firebox. I think the stuff is very reasonably priced in comparison to some of the other gift websites. it's also easy to use and pretty to look at. My order (standard delivery) arrived the next day. AND, not only that, but never in my life have a read an ENTIRE confirmation order. Such a fun website, almost every sentence made me LOL. I think Firebox will probably be one of my BFFs”

“Awesome, first thing I noted were the cheesy and highly humourous confirmation and follow up emails!!! Which did not damage the professionalism of the service I recieved! My items arrived a few days ahead of what I was advised and all in the same parcel which was fantastic! Not yet tried the item as its a Christmas present for my fiancée...! However it looks the dogs b*****ks...! And I'm very much looking forward to using the Ikettle! Thank you very much and I will be back to spend some more in the future.....!”
