“I bought this as a birthday present for someone who loves rum, and they certainly loved this. The caramel one is lovely and sweet flavoured, with lots of depth, like a liqueur. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.”

“Firebox is the company with innovative gifts. I bought a lot of Christmas presents from Firebox last year and could 't wait to see the new catalogue this year. I wasn't disappointed. I've ordered early to be sure to be in time for Christmas. I even have to wait for some in the next delivery, so they've been busy. Well done Firebox.”

“Great, quirky selection of gifts, which bring something different to Christmas which I why I browse your website looking for originality and comedy gifts. A little disappointed with the result this time as the packaging was damaged and an item was missing.”

“I just love, love, love Firebox.. Amazing ingenious products, fast delivery and I even wish my products were faulty or go missing just so I can chat to the customer service team.. Firebox from start to finish is a fun , enjoyable and at the same time totally professional. If you haven't visited and purchased from Firebox then you haven't lived.. Go on.. Do it.. put the Firebox experience on yer bucket list!!”

“Initial order was delivered quickly, unfortunately one item was incorrect. Emailed customer services and the correct item was shipped out immediately and received within 2 days and I was told to keep wrong item. Amazing customer service, couldn't ask for more from an online retailer. Would highly recommend and will use again.”

“Firebox's fun attitude to the goods it stocks does not interfere with its professionalism - the goods I ordered were well packed, quickly dispatched, promptly delivered AND! the box contained a little packet of sweets :) Plus, their followup email inviting me to leave a review is the neatest example of non-corporate speak I've seen since the last time I got something from Firebox :)”
