“It speaks Japanese doesn't even speak English so annoying whenever you open the fridge, English would be far better. I would say they are not worth £15 just rubbish”

“If I recall it was the book called Hate Mail. The delivery and everything was excellent as usual I still don't understand why you would need the amount of space in a box as large as that but I'm guessing it has something to do with promoting your site. Hate Mail. It was a strange and wonderful book, fun to read but towards the end a bit samey. Its the type of gift you would give a student or someone with a strange personality, I bought the book for myself as I couldn't find it in me to give the book to anyone I know. I love the site, there are lots of interesting ideas and fun things to see, I will be buying from you in the future.”

“I brought the Ogon RFID Wallet. It is a lovely sturdy case for credit cards, but it took a bit of time to work out how to open it (so a little guide for idiots like me). As a new customer it was a bit of a mess with delivery. The website asked for the address the card was registered at. Then an option for delivery, unfortunately the website picked up part of my credit card address and part of my preferred delivery address, as a result, it went round and round and couldn't be delivered. Finally it was returned to your office for redelivery. However, very pleased with the product. Would buy another one and would still recommend the website to others as it has some really lovely and unusual products/gift.”

“This was my first dealings with FIREBOX which was a wonderful and easy experience. The website is easy to navigate and it only takes three minutes to order. I ordered the Oyster Wallet which is fabulous and just what I needed for the security of my money, cards and receipts. I do a lot of world travel and have no doubt that my new wallet is just what I have been looking for. It was a pleasure to order from FIREBOX who sent my confirmation in minutes and followed up their delivery details promptly. I received my wallet within 24 hours of ordering by first class mail. Guys Firebox is a brilliant company to deal with”

“I ordered the Egg Q-Ber, but I'm not sure the instructions for its use were correct. There is no mention of the peg inside and whether one should insert the egg on the peg or the peg on the egg. At any rate, my egg did not cube. The sides were slightly flattened.”

“A unique quirky company. Website easy to navigate, lots of choice of some ' Unusual ' items & some very useful items. Items arrived packed carefully in great condition. Customer Service very informative & Helpful. Returns processed very quickly & efficiently. Love the little packet of sweets in the order- Thanks.
