“I have ordered from Firebox several times over the past 7 years or so and each time has been a joy. From the fun and quirky website and hilarious product descriptions, to the packets of sweets in the order when it arrives (quickly, I might add). It's a company that I will return to buy from again and again. Never change, Firebox. Never ever change.”

“Firebox is a company that stands out from all the rest! The website is extremely user friendly with an excellent product selection. Firebox offer fast and efficient services in a unique way, and they are a company that know how to brand themselves (the Firebox packaging is really nice and it really stands out... you know when you've received an item from Firebox!) . The communications from the company where outstanding in every way throughout the truncation process. I've never had a order confirmation that made me laugh out loud before! Brilliant!”

“The package arrived safely and promptly, well packaged . w elove the sweet chupa lolly aww. this is a present for our son-in-law, the cheesemaker. so we will be going around with a copious amount of biscuits to sample his effort of cheese. lovely xx”

“Very happy with the service Firebox provided. A great discount code from them allowed me to buy a pressie for my boy that would have been too expensive normally. My only request would be please STOP USING YODEL. They have to be the worse courier out there! I can only be grateful the "Failed Delivery" text from Yodel contained the drivers number and I was able to call her to explain she was in completely the wrong place hence why she was unable to deliver!”

“I was disappointed with the quality of the Cheese Making Kit which represented poor value for money. Two small flimsy plastic containers, a piece of cheesecloth, a plastic thermometer and four small packets of ingredients, including one single rennet tablet represent poor value for £25. I had planned to give the kit as a present to a foodie friend but it would be insulting to do so. The Kama Sutra chocolate has holes left by air bubbles on the surface which make it look cheap. It may taste wonderful but I can't say yet. The tee shirt and the chocolate pizza were fine. I emailed customer services and received a fast and friendly reply but nothing could be done about my concerns”

“Ordered lots of Christmas presents at lunchtime on Friday and they were at my door the following morning - on standard delivery! Website clear, prices are great value in comparison to other suppliers and my whole shopping experience was excellent from start to finish! Would definitely recommend. Cheers Firebox :)”

“A friend told me I'd find good quality, unusual gifts her. They were right. Great gifts, great prices, easy transaction, and speedy delivery. The stocking fillers I bought were different and trendy. They were well made a good quality. I'd recommend Firebox to anyone.”
