“I was pleasantly surprised by the efficient delivery - very speedy. All the items came well packed etc.. I am disappointed in the item ' screaming flying monkey' since it doesn/t fly and only screams occasionally! I would like to return same.”

“Brilliant, a greaet selection of gifts and ideas, that you don't often find easily elsewhere. Website easy to use, great descriptions of items. Firebox send out clear communications and I loved the witty packaging when it arrived. Have recommended Firebox already to friends, and it will now be my No1 place to go to when starting to look for presents.”

“I ordered a customised batman figure on 19/6 for my husbands birthday which is 21/8. I received confirmation of my order saying it would take 4 - 6 weeks which is plenty of time. On 29/7 I chased them as it was only 3 weeks until his birthday. I received a reply saying the following: - Our Personalised Superhero Action Figures take from 4 to 6 weeks to be manufactured. You can expect your action figure to be dispatched any day from now to 17th September. If you have not received your action figure by 17th September, please let me know and I can investigate further for you. The 17/9 is almost a month past his birthday which is also 3 months since I ordered the figure. Surely it shouldn't take 3 months when they say 4 to 6 weeks. 3 days before his birthday I received the following email: Unfortunately, our partner was unable to create a Personalised Superhero Action Figure with the images that you provided - Unfortunately, it may take a further 4 - 6 weeks to get the replacement out to you. Why was I only told 2 months after the order that there was a problem with the photos. Great birthday surprise NOT !!! I sent in further photos and after waiting until 19/10, several follow up emails with no reply and still not receiving the action figure I finally gave up and cancelled. Very disappointed with the service and was left with no birthday present. Will definitely never use this company again.”

“I purchased Unicorn Tears Gin Liqueur as a birthday gift for a friend, and as always, Firebox doesn't fail to deliver. It arrived on time and in excellent condition. My friend loved the gift and said he thought it was very tasty. Yeah, I didn't get to sample it. :( The only comment I would have as a recommendation is it would be nice if the Product was packed in it's own presentation box, as it was packed in foam with no presentation. It takes away from the gloss of the gift. Maybe a Box made of fine wood wrapped in a unicorn pelt, perhaps? :-)”

“I had pre-ordered my item as it was out of stock; but hooray yes you got it ; said item arrived when the good folks at Fire Box said it would; brilliant, fantastic wonderful oh just one small, tiny thing guys & dolls, I'm female not male, wouldn't go as far to say I'm a "lady" but it's Mrs not Mr ; like I said before, just love this web- site, unfortunately had to tell my daughter about it 'cause you've got the chrissey prezzie I'm after !!!!! kind regards, Kim (Mrs) :-)”
