“The phone projector I purchased for my granddaughter for Christmas was absolutely brilliant, it was a bit fiddly to start to put together with the super glue but the instructions were fantastic, would certainly recommend this to all the techies out there.”

“Delivery was 2 weeks late despite paying extra for next day delivery! Firebox should not use Yodel for deliveries they are shockingly poor! The product itself was of mediocre quality at best and I would not have bought this in a store - it is just a couple of substandard headphones that attach using Velcro.”

“This is quite possibly the best online shopping experience I have ever had. The range of items on Firebox is amazing, they sell all kinds of weird and wonderful products ranging from bacon flavored toothpaste to a 24k gold-plated vacuum, and the product descriptions are hilariously creative. I bought a couple Christmas gifts on this site and was extremely pleased with the customer service that I received, especially when my parcel was delivered a day late after paying for next-day delivery, I was immediately refunded the full postage amount. Super awesome website and perfect if you're looking for a gift. There's something for everyone!”

“Ah, Firebox, Firebox. Have no idea how I found out about them but I'm glad I did. The most amazing range of funky, quirky and unusual presents ever, if you're stuck, it's a fantastic go-to site. I tell so many folk about them I should have shares! Speedy delivery, funny lil messages of confirmation by email (although you quickly realise they're the same messages, can't FBox employ someone to send a different messg each time?!) and a lil bag of sweets inside each delivery BUT a quick one about the sweets....dudes, they've got gelatine in them!!! Vegetarians can't eat them let alone vegans!!! Please change your sweets supplier so that we can all enjoy your sweet touch! So apart from emails that @ first makes you :) before you realise they're standard and evil sweets, it is quite simply one of the most brilliant sites ever for getting pressies to people in record time that will then make them think you are a god/goddess. Check it, order it and await the adulation :D”

Delivery was excellent with the products delivered on time, in good condition and exactly as advertised. “Don't expect to receive your shipment on time they said December 21 st delivery and it is January 2nd 2015 and it has not arrived . I placed a order for my son's Christmas gift 1st week of November they guaranteed Dec 21st if I purchase that day so I did guess what I have one disappointed 8 year old no gift . I placed the order with Firebox knowing I would receive it as they said . So I was reeled in by there misleading Website Delivered by December 21st if you purchase today.”
