“Everything was good except the T-shirt I ordered was the wrong size ... I ordered a Large and was sent a Medium .....luckily enough it fitted ok so decided to keep it.”

“I have made this comment before! I am VERY happy with the service and quality of goods, delivery service and emails to let me know what is happening. Just one thing..... Goods in the magazine should have stock numbers so that you know you are ordering the right thing. Just my thought Thanks x”

“I have previously received very good service from Firebox, so when a delivery was dispatched late, I decided to give them another chance and place a second order a few days later (it still said they could deliver in time for Christmas). This was a poor and misguided decision on my part. I now have £120 worth of gifts sitting in an empty office in Milton Keynes and another £100 on its way to my parents’ house in London. I assume this will be delivered sometime in the New Year.”

“Excellent website, some fantastic unusual gifts, I really had to control myself on the website, I could have spent a small fortune. I will definitely be using this website in the future, in fact it will be. Y first port of call when looking for gifts in the future. “Very pleased with the customer service. My first delivery went astray but Firebox telephoned me and arranged for everything to be redivered without hesitation, and as priority to ensure I received it by Christmas. I spoke to Firebox at 14:00 on Monday, I had my package at 07:30 Tuesday. Very friendly and helpful staff too. Plus they're great quality products too. Thank you Firebox :)”
