“Took longer than expected to arrive, and when it did for such an expensive print the quality of the frame was poor as it was marked and chipped in one place. Use to be a big fan of firebox but after this experience won't be ordering again.”

“Firebox have some unusual and quirky items for any occasion, it's a great site to browse. I have ordered many items and they all turned up in good time and in one piece. One item had Japanese instructions but after an email this was rectified, within minutes! Awesome retailer!”

“Nothing wrong with what I'd bought, but it was delivered by the idiots that are Yodel and as usual they managed to screw up the delivery. I refuse to knowingly buy anything from a company that uses Yodel, just too many bad experiences, so that was my last order from Firebox until Yodel goes the same way as City Link or Firebox change to a better courier.”

“Returning customer, husband loved the first thermo cup, it holds the heat really well. I bought him a spare and ordered it a nano second before Christmas - not expecting it to be delivered until after the holidays amazingly it arrived on Christmas eve how about that for excellent service .
