“I stumbled upon firebox.com through another website (dodoburd.com. Check them out too. They're great!) and had about the best online shopping experience of my life. I live in the US, and still, shipping fees were absolutely reasonable, my package arrived in less than 2 weeks and was in perfect condition. Best of all is the friendly humor employed in all emails received concerning my order. I absolutely plan to shop firebox again.”

“Wonderfully unique products that come with fast delivery as standard and Exceptional Customer Service. One out of the many products I had ordered was unfortunately defective and Firebox could not have been more apologetic and helpful to replace the item in record time! I wish that more companies would use a light hearted and humorous approach without compromising on customer service as Firebox do!”

“i ought an extra strong screen for my phone , item arrived really quickly and once instructions were read, the screen was really easy to apply. this company are efficiant in their delivery and I found a really amuseing note wishing me well with product. obviously I have not dropped my phone to test this screen but the product and packaging complete with instructions and diagram gives me confidence in the product.”

“What can I say? Where else can you find the world's most expensive vacuum cleaner, canned unicorn meat, abusive birthday balloons and a full size replica of the iron throne from Game of Thrones? Absolutely retail gold with customer service that is second to none. I defy you to find a more random online shopping experience.”
