“I love firebox! Yes it may be a bit expensive, especially when most of the stuff isn't really needed just wanted so badly. I've bought loads of things from here, booty pop pants, period pants, a few mugs, 3doodler, swear book, I could go on and on. Everything that I have ordered was delivered quickly. I have had one thing which was delayed but I was informed of this immediately, I was updated all the time on the status, given the opportunity to cancel at any time, and no money was taken until it was actually dispatched. I've only had one slightly faulty item which was the 3doodler, it worked at first but I emailed explaining the situation and was told to return it and they sent another one immediately. The return was free. I also love the email confirmations of orders and dispatches, they always make me giggle, as stupid as it sounds. So basically firebox is great, I would just advise one thing and that is not to just "have a look" on the site when your bank account is empty because this will only end in tears.”

“Customer service is second to none! Absolutely fab! Ordered previous model then new model came out they swapped without any problem and replacement was sent. Did have problems with ups delivery but firebox sorted it out and got it in time for my daughters birthday. 10/10 for customer service”

“For years I've had to suffer the indignity of drinking my morning coffee from Mugs with ridiculously cheerful messages or those festooned with floral or kitten images. Well, no more of that! Now I've got a mug that proudly proclaim my absolute loathing of Humanity and all of the insects called humans that litter this planet like so much morning after refuse. Now, instead of feeling depressed each morning, my spirit is positively buoyant while I sip my morning brew from my (C) UNT mug. Thanks Firebox for making me a happier Misanthrope.”
