“For different and unusual products you can't beat Firebox. They offer an excellent range of products for all ages and interests with the majority of items not being found on the high street. Firebox always helps me find presents for my teenage son (who has very individual taste and humor). The quality of products has always been excellent and their prices are always competitive. The delivery service and packaging is excellent too. I would strongly recommend Firebox to anyone looking for that different or imaginative gift.”

“A good shop with interesting goods, you don't find everywhere. The package, in which were delivered and the mails, are very unique. I like it, and I'm looking forward to the next birthday of a friend of mine to buy a product from firebox again”

“I ordered the wrong colour item but Firebox couldn't have been more helpful about it. They sent a Freepost label for me to return it and refunded both the item and the postage I'd paid too! No hesitation in ordering again from them or recommending them to others. Aces!”

“Contacted customer service as package took some time to get here, they were helpful and very cheery. In the end, the package arrived, just a bit later than I expected. It made it in time for my girlfriend's birthday. If you choose airmail, give it about a month to arrive. I live in Western Europe and the postal company were a little slow.”
