This review would normally be 'very good', but I have had to downgrade due to problems with ordering. Although the item was put into my box, I was repeatedly told there was no delivery to my area (north east of Scotland), despite prior deliveries. Poor response time from Firebox, but the matter was eventually resolved a few days later.

Could be better but it takes time and customer feedback to provide better service. The idea is 5/5. The actual advent box being foam and thing cardboard id give a 2/5. The items inside 4/5, sometimes it is hard to know who is who. Overall this is a b- in my opinion though it averaged 73% the fact that you provided a service gains huge success.

I ordered the Fresh Face car air fresheners for my sister as a funny gift. The product itself was great quality and the photo looked fab. The issue was the smell. I opted for the 'New Car' smell as we all know and love that smell, however when I opened the packaging I was hit with the strongest smell of plastic-y chemical I have ever come across in my life. I tried airing it out for several days and when that failed I ended up spraying it, soaking it, waving it around to make it smell of something different... Nothing worked. The present was not suitable to give at all. What went wrong?

I ordered the Purritos Tuna Cat (blue cat). It was absolutely adorable! I like that it was wrapped in aluminum foil to look like an actual burrito. My complaint and reason for 4/5 stars is that the foil was so easily ripped showing the cat inside. I was giving it as a gift and was disappointed it had several holes in it before I even gave it away. The cat inside was still fluffy and not harmed though. Possibly you will consider adding a layer of protection when you ship this item in the future. The layer of paper was too stiff and actually caused some of the rips. Thank you

Was very happy with the product i do have to say that delivery was long.. I was hoping to receive my order before xmas n got delayed till december 31th.. It happens but i will eventually reorder fromfirebox as their stuff is freakin cool!????????????????

The Mugs arrived on time (they pby had to swim over the channel) 10 days. One of the 2 was chipped. No big Deal it a gift for a C...t of a friend. Cheers

Ordered a few things individually over the last month, overall I was quite happy. My one gripe is that there was one item (a wrench shaped chocolate bar) that arrived quite beat up in the mail, and had snapped in half. Since it was time sensitive I gave it as a present anyway. Was a bit upset at this, they really need to use more packaging on fragile items. On the other hand though I ordered an out of stock item, they got it in within the week and shipped it immediately, very happy with that. So overall probably 3.5/5, but gave 4.

Product was good (expensive for what it was but thats no fault of Firebox). However I paid for next day delivery and it came a day late, which happened to be alright, I got it before XMas, but still I paid £5.95 for it.....no matter as I called them and within a couple days they'd refunded all the postage money back! Brilliant service, 10/10 would buy again
