“Got 2 of the mystery gadget boxes. Value of contents greater than the cost of the box although disappointed that both boxes had exactly the same items in them.”

“My grandkids really loved getting this Harry Potter advent calendar and they had fun opening it every day. They were disappointed that there was no Hermoine Granger keychain but there were keychains of the lesser characters. One thing I was disappointed in was that there was no real variance in the prizes, pretty much everything was keychains except the last day (at least from what I could tell). Still, they seemed pretty happy with it. Nevertheless, I would likely not spend the money for it again.”

“I purchased an egg-cup dinasaur and the little recipient was very pleased with his gift. It came in a lovely box and was well made. It enabled me to give a nice gift to a child knowing he would love it!”

“Great shop, unique items and sometimes good prices but the delivery cost is a bit annoying. I search for the products elsewhere before purchasing from firebox because of the delivery charge entirely.”

“I had to wait a month longer than usual because of back order. The website didn’t say back order so I contacted firebox and they told me. Besides that, everything was perfect. Keeps it up!”

“As a company i would use a different courier yodel seemed to have delivered my parcel to the wrong address, and the next one they just left on the shop counter!!! However Firebox was absolutely brilliant in getting me a replacement the very next day and their customer service was 5 star, the only reason for dropping 1 star overall was because of Yodel.”
