“bought a few stocking fillers for my secret Santa this year and my items came right on time! cute box, and who doesn't enjoy an additional haribo treat upon opening! nice touch. will use again”

“Product was good (expensive for what it was but thats no fault of Firebox). However I paid for next day delivery and it came a day late, which happened to be alright, I got it before XMas, but still I paid £5.95 for it.....no matter as I called them and within a couple days they'd refunded all the postage money back! Brilliant service, 10/10 would buy again”

“I have bought from Firebox many times and each time they haven't failed me and all my items were what I asked for with a reasonable price. There was some confusion with the delivery though. This was because I ordered two items at the same time. One item was delivered days after I did the transaction and the other took around 10 -15 days longer. I was a little disappointed with the wait time and I wasnt sure whether I would receieve it in time for christmas, however Firebox didnt fail to deliver it in time. Got exactly what I wanted and was another successful but in the end. If I was Firebox, I would make the delivery process much easier to understand but since I got everything on time im happy. Thank you Firebox!! ;)”

“The service from Firebox is generally good. However I bought a Mystery Gift box as a present for a 13 year old girl. The contents of the gift box are inappropriate for a child and considered boring! While for an adult the gift would/ may be of interest. My recommendation for the mystery box is for Firebox to provide an age guideline - this would avoid the situation that I find myself in where I will now need to purchase a 2nd gift to avoid the child being disappointed at Xmas - so instead of sticking to my budget of £35 I will end up spending £60, not happy.”
