“Really good. Delivery was fast, packaging was excellent. I had to return an item (bought for someone who had already got it, no fault of Firebox), and the lady in Customer Service was absolutely lovely. Highly recommended.”

“Amazing company with a wonderful sense of humour. Great quality goods for a reasonable price. Not like the usual novelty shop that sells cheap and nasty stuff. I can't praise firebox enough! Highly recommend!”

“Having put an order in for next day delivery quite late on, I assumed it would not get to me on said day. (Ordered around 5pm) I quickly emailed in to maybe get an estimate when it would arrive, and minutes later my reply was in my inbox! (Thank you A. Burley) She had confirmed their cut-off for ND delivery was indeed 7pm, and my gifts would make it to me when I had requested. Excellent service, great prices and amazing staff. Five stars without a doubt.”

“I've never had a problem ordering with Firebox. They're quick to confirm orders and dispatch. Delivery times to Northern Ireland are pretty good, packaging is great so items are well protected in transit and overall an excellent online retailer, with great communication and service.”
